INCA Portfolio Managers (IPM) is a niche portfolio management and advisory services company, registered as a Financial Services Provider (Licence No. 43050). We believe our years of experience in the municipal sector can be applied in collaboration with the executive team of a municipality, in advising and developing Long Term Financial Plans and Models. These will enable municipalities to quantify policy decisions and more accurately predict future revenue and expenditure flows.
